Greetings lovers! This gal is 23, and I am feeling quite fabulous!

I have to say I had a bit of a break down reminiscing the other day on how in a blink of an eye almost a quarter of my life is gone. It feels like yesterday I was turning 16 bugging my parents to get my permit, and complaining about that history quiz I forgot to study for. Now that I’ve been in the real world since I was 19 years old, growing up was just something I had to do faster than some.

But as I sit here typing away my thoughts, I am grateful for the challenges that have come my way, because 23 has never felt so good. I am ready for what this year has in store for me. So, here’s to living life to the fullest, to making inappropriate jokes, to laughing at things that sound dirty but aren’t. Here’s to continuing to kick ass at work, but because I want too. Here’s to the nights of drinking a whole bottle of wine, and waking up ready to concur the world.
