I’m not sure if you heard or not, but our town broke some serious snow records this last week. The result is the feeling of living in a snow globe that is constantly being shaken! ❄️🌨☃️

We are making the best of it by playing in snow mounds taller than me and then tucking ourselves back in under blankets in our cozy home. Nowhere to go and nothing to do but snuggle.

I am hoping to get out for a bit to celebrate the beginning of a New Year. 2018 holds lots of hope for me to make it my best year yet!

Sparkles and sequins are my go-to look for ringing in the new year. We are opting for a casual dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants this year instead of attending a big fancy party and I honestly couldn’t be more excited! I love making new traditions of our own. It will be the perfect start to a new year in which we want to focus on family and friends that mean the most to us.
