I hope you all had a fun and fabulous Cinco de Mayo yesterday! I wanted to share the easiest and most delicious homemade frozen margarita recipe that I use for all of my summer parties or sometimes I even indulge during taco nights at home. There are only 4 steps and this recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer so you can always keep some on hand and ready to go for any fiesta!
INGREDIENTS
1. Frozen Bacardi margarita mixes (can be found in the frozen concentrate juice section of the grocery store)
2. Tequila
3. Crushed ice
Four Steps to FUN…
STEP ONE
Add the frozen mix concentrate to a blender.
STEP TWO
Fill the empty can halfway with tequila and pour in blender.
STEP THREE
Fill the empty can with ice chips and pour in blender.
STEP FOUR
Blend until consistent, pour and serve or save for later. I store mine in mini mason jars in the freezer so I can just take off the lid, pop in a fun straw, and enjoy! They never freeze completely solid because of the alcohol so they are always ready to go.
Cheers!
