Look 3: Striped Turtleneck and Cargo Jacket

I know you’re probably wondering why I would include a turtleneck in a spring wardrobe haul but I live in NW PA and the temperatures still fluctuate quite a bit in the spring. This one is the perfect basic and is a lighter stretchy material. And this thin versatile jacket is SO GOOD and will go great over lots of outfits.
