G’day mates!

Happy LDW! If you’re looking for a place to grab a bite over this long weekend (or any time after) we want you to seriously consider your neighborhood Outback Steakhouse. We had a double date night and for once our guys were able to take advantage of some “influencer perks”

Full disclosure – we certainly aren’t professional food critics or even food bloggers for that matter but we absolutely love a good time and good food. Both were to be had at our recent visit to Outback!

First up–drinks! Cheers!

Outback offers an extensive creative cocktail menu, beers on tap, a wine list and a full bar. We came towards the end of happy hour which they have daily from 5-7. Allie ordered a margarita, Ange a sangria, Andy had a rum & coke and Patrick had an Australian blonde ale.

We skipped the appetizer to save room for the main course, although everyone will recommend a Bloomin’ Onion! We started with soups and salads and the signature dark honey wheat bread.

For our entrees we took advantage of the current Steak & Unlimited Shrimp promotion. You can do a shrimp scampi with garlic sauce or breaded and fried shrimp with volcano or cocktail sauce. And they aren’t kidding when they say “unlimited.” No sooner did our waitress Lisa put the shrimp down at the table then go put in our orders for the next round in the same trip! We eventually lost count of how many shrimps we ate!

You can also customize your meal with lots of different sides. Ange got the Mac & Cheese, Patrick got a loaded baked potato, Andy got mashed potatoes and Allie chose asparagus. Don’t forget this is in addition to the endless shrimp!

They also offer carmelized onion or brandied mushrooms to top off a steak! But truly their steak seasoning is so delicious on its own.

We finished our feast with a sweet treat- a literal 7 layer chocolate cake! COUNT THEM! Needless to say our bellies were so full!

This is notably our biggest and ((most delicious)) collaboration to date and we are so excited to share our experience with you, as well as to share the fun!
