First I treated my cuticles with the cactus flower cuticle serum.

Then I clipped, filed, and buffed my nails to my liking.

Then I chose this color-forward cherry red shade called “CV” which is actually named after Clare Vivier, the founder of Clare V handbags. It is a bright but classic shade and perfect for the holidays.

The box O&J sent me included their secret weapon invention called “the Poppy” and let me tell you it is truly a nail painting game changer! If I’m being completely honest I rarely paint my own nails unless I absolutely have to in between regularly scheduled professional appointments but this little tool has made it much easier for me!

“Poppy” is their patented universal polish bottle handle that gives the painter better control and a comfy grip for even steady strokes. You can definitely tell which nail I painted using “Poppy” and which I had to clean up a little afterwards!
