Where to even begin with today’s post

As I begin to write, my chest begins to feel like there’s a 100 pound weight on it, why? ANXIOUS?! What others might think about today’s post? A MIX between both thoughts? Most likely.

Hey 👋🏻 If you haven’t figured it out by now, todays post is all about how I’m dealing with my own anxiety lately. With life continuing to be so unpredictable, my day to day mindset can become off track sometimes. I struggle with the thought of, enjoying unemployment too much the “how am I ever suppose to go back to work after this” feeling or I miss work and my clients so much when can this all be over so I can begin the new “normal”

I’ve officially been jobless for 49 days and counting. I’d say it’s been a whirlwind since I last talked about being laid off due to Covid-19. Some feelings have been wonderful. Others have been a complete explosive of tears.
