We had the honor and privilege of witnessing our dear friends marry each other last weekend. It was a beautiful and happy celebration, and the perfect start to their life together.

For the occasion, I had fallen in love with a navy blue Gal Meets Glam dress that unfortunately was out of stock everywhere in that color. Nordstrom… Anthropologie… Saks Off Fifth…

So I did what I do best and found a perfectly acceptable (and affordable) dupe off Amazon!

Aside from probably the quality and material of the fabric, the dresses are seemingly identical. Fit, style, detailing, and most importantly: the pockets!

The dress was absolutely comfortable in every way and the movement was so fun! I got tons of compliments as I twirled around on the dance floor at the reception.
